It’s not a do-over.
It’s a MORE / over.
When you whisper to yourself:
“there must be more…”
Listen.
This is a threshold moment.
Welcome to the space that invites you to carry forward all that you’ve lived, and to leave behind what no longer fits.
Most big life shifts don't arrive as lightning. They arrive as a feeling you can't quite name and can't quite ignore, a restlessness, a quiet knowing that the life you've been living is good, and also not entirely yours. You've built things, shown up, done the work. And something in you is asking what comes next, not to undo what was, but to finally choose a path with intention.
These old strategies of doing, earning, and being no longer work. An inner voice nudges you toward more: more clarity, more truth, more space to move, more longing to be you.
This is the precipice of transition. It’s not a problem to solve, but a truth to walk through. It’s a MORE > over.
I'm Sam.
I spent twenty years building companies at the intersection of food, community, and education, and in my 40s I learned something brand new: how to listen when life asks for something more. Today I work with women navigating their own version of that, whether it's a career, a company, a relationship, or an identity that no longer fits.
Fear, fatigue, and uncertainty aren’t obstacles. Yet they show up in all areas of life as signals, inviting you to slow down and notice what’s ready to be carried forward, and what’s ready to fall away.
You don’t need to know what the more is yet… just a curiosity to uncover it and a willingness to crack open the door. You hold the keys. I help you use them.
Midlife is the integration of what was…
and what is yet to come.
Seeking more isn’t selfish, and it doesn’t undo the life you’ve lived or the people you love. It means you're paying attention, possibly for the first time in a long time, to what you actually want. That wanting has always been yours. Sometimes you just need the space to hear it.
Midlife is the crossing to who you are meant to be, away from what you should want and toward what you want to feel, in your identity, your relationships, your career, your purpose, your joy. That's where more lives.
A MORE > over is true alignment with Self, perhaps for the very first time.
